Acceptable Use Policy
Last Updated: May 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules and guidelines for utilizing the Exarlo platform.
1. Fair Usage
Our infrastructure is designed to provide high-quality security intelligence. You agree not to abuse the platform by:
- Attempting to bypass our rate limits or payment gateways.
- Using automated scripts, bots, or undocumented APIs to initiate mass scans without an enterprise agreement.
- Generating excessive load that degrades the performance of the platform for other users.
2. Nature of the Scans
Exarlo conducts non-destructive, passive, and light-active vulnerability assessments. You acknowledge that:
- Our tools emulate common internet traffic and standard enumeration techniques.
- We do not attempt to exploit vulnerabilities, inject malicious payloads, or extract database records.
- We are not responsible for any localized service disruptions caused by poorly configured infrastructure responding poorly to standard web requests.
3. Use of Reports
The reports generated by Exarlo are for your internal security and remediation purposes. You may not resell, white-label, or distribute our reports as your own commercial service without a formal partnership agreement.
4. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to Exarlo services, without a refund.
